Fibre: 100% Non-Superwash Merino

Weight: Double Knit/ Light worsted/ 8 ply/ 11 wpi (4 ply construction)

Meterage: 225m or 246 yards per 100g/ 3.5 oz skein

Recommended needle size: 3.25mm - 4.5mm depending on the gauge for your project.

For jumpers: 3.25mm - 4.0mm

For shawls: 4.5mm - 5mm (creates a looser fabric with more drape)

Recommended care: This is non-superwash so, unless you wish to felt your project, it needs handwashing, cool, with a gentle detergent. Do not bleach. Do not wring, do not tumble dry

A royal purple based yarn with hints of pink and turquoise. The colours give a fantastic depth to projects and are endlessly lovely to look at. This has all the Merino characteristics, next to skin soft, smooth, modest lustre and pleasing bounce, this is Merino bringing all it’s charms to the table.
