Shipping policy
Postage:
We love the simple life and want to do our best to keep things simple for you so we use a flat rates for postage. We post Monday to Friday, orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be posted the following Monday. Dispatch is currently 48 hours after your order is confirmed.
Please note that due to postal service pressure we cannot guarantee next day delivery for any of our orders and so no longer offer it. Royal Mail have so far done an exceptional job and most deliveries have arrived next day but please do not depend on this and do order in good time.
UK rates -
Post to the UK including the Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands is free. Royal Mail will aim to deliver within 1 working day but due to staff stresses and backlog due to COVID-19 no longer guarantee this
European rates - Unfortunately due to the VAT changes of July 2021 we are no longer able to sell to EU countries. We are monitoring developments to see if we are able to resume EU sales. Non-EU countries covered by Royal Mail's European area will be charged at £11.50. Orders over £50 are free with the use of the ‘FREEPOST’ discount code at checkout.
USA rates -
Unfortunately due to the recent tariffs and postage charges to the USA it has become unaffordable to serve our American customers. We are deeply saddened by this and will continue to review the situation but, until further notice, we cannot sell to the USA.
Post to the USA will be charged at £15.50 and will be sent tracked. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days but, again, can no longer guarantee this. USPS and customs are suffering from significant staff shortages and backlog so we have been advised delays are expected. Orders over £50 will be free with the use of the ‘FREEPOST’ discount code at checkout.

Postage to destinations outside of the UK and Europe is estimated at 7-14 days as standard but there may be mail and/or customs delays.
Delays:
Royal Mail and your country’s postal service, who Royal Mail will pass your package to for final delivery to you, are suffering from unprecedented pressures and are doing their best to continue collections and deliveries as best they can however delays are expected, particularly for parcels that are going through customs.
Please use your tracking number to monitor the progress of your package, either Royal Mail’s site (for UK customers) or your country’s postal service’s site will have information on what to do if your parcel is delayed and how long they require you to wait before action can be taken.
If packages are lost then we will need to follow this up on your behalf as we are the sender, please let us know using the contact form or by e-mail and we will initiate this process immediately and keep you updated.
